It does make a difference when it is your brother or sister.
The Christian religion is a family religion. God
is our Father, Christ is our reconciler to the Father
and to each other. We are family.
There are some who want to be born into God’s
family, but do not want to claim kin with some
of the family. There are “baby brothers”, “big
sisters”, “bad brothers”, “little sisters”,
“lost brothers”, “redeemed sisters”—
Which one are you?
You see, there are many kinds of brotherly love.
Even evil people often love and support each other.
Christians loving one another is best, because it meets
life’s test.
